Claire qualified with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) in 2011 whilst at a major UK healthcare software company. During her 8 ½ years with the firm, Claire went on to obtain a Masters in Human Resource Management in 2012 and progressed within her role to HR Business Partner, where she sat on the Senior Management team.
To fulfil her love of travel, Claire headed to Fiji where she spent 3 months volunteering in the capital before returning to the UK as HR advisor at a Bradford based steel company. We were delighted to welcome Claire to Naylor Wintersgill in December 2016 as HR Manager.
Claire has experience in effectively managing the HR functions of businesses with in excess of 1,000 employees and has a particular interest in policy and procedure (and management training in), employee relations, HR strategy and project management including reward and benefit implementation.
Here at Naylor Wintersgill, Claire is responsibility for all the overall HR strategy of the firm, health and safety and all aspects of recruitment.
With a work life balance firmly on her mind, Claire has a love of running and is currently in training for the 2017 London Marathon. She’s also hoping to tick off more places from her bucket list in the future.
